Four roles for real-world committees

Kutamo's role model maps directly to how boards and clubs actually work - no wrestling generic "Admin / User" permissions into your governance.

Admin
President / Chair / Founder

Full access: invite members, change roles, create meetings, manage billing and organisation settings.

Secretary
Club / Board Secretary

Runs the meeting day-to-day. Can act on behalf of members during live meetings - capture their votes, comments, apologies.

Member
Standard committee member

Attends meetings, votes, contributes to agendas and decisions, comments on documents, completes assigned actions.

Reporting
Past President / Trustee / Auditor

Read-only access to meeting outcomes, minutes, and reports. Keeps elders informed without overlapping the current board.
