Do I need to install anything?
No. Kutamo runs entirely in the browser on desktop, tablet, and mobile. There's nothing to download for you or your members.
Can I import an existing committee or members list?
Yes. Bulk-invite by email or paste in a CSV during onboarding. We'll send each new member a personalised invitation.
How secure is voting in Kutamo?
Every vote is timestamped, attributed to the member casting it (unless the chair has opted into anonymous voting), and locked once the poll closes. The full audit trail is exportable for governance review.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export every meeting, minute, document, and decision as PDFs and CSVs at any time. We keep your data for 90 days after cancellation in case you change your mind, then delete it permanently.
Do you support multiple organisations under one account?
